Particle Size

The particle size can vary depending on its intended use and manufacturing process. Particle size is an important parameter, as it can affect the performance and properties of the final product.
However, the specific particle size distribution can be customized to meet the requirements of a particular application. Particle size can be controlled during the manufacturing process, and it’s often measured using techniques such as laser diffraction, sedimentation, or laser scattering methods.
The choice of particle size can impact properties such as opacity, rheology, and the reinforcement of the material. Therefore, manufacturers can tailor the particle size to achieve the desired characteristics for a particular product or application.

Ultra-Fine Grade:

Ultra-fine grade refers to particles that are smaller than those of fine calcium carbonate. Typically, these are having less than 10 microns as top cut.

Fine Grade:

Our fine grade particle size is in the range of 10 to 75 micrometers (microns) top cut.

Coarser-Grade:

The particle size of coarser grade/ aggregates is typically measured in micrometers (microns) or millimeters.
These are generally in the range of 100 microns to 4000 micron
